How We Work
A transparent, step-by-step look at how we move your cargo from origin to destination.
From the moment you request a quote to final delivery — here's exactly what happens.
Submit your shipment details — cargo type, origin, destination, weight, and volume. Our team reviews your requirements and provides a detailed quotation within 24 hours, including routing options and transit time estimates.
Once you approve the quote, we book your cargo with the selected carrier and prepare all required documentation — Bill of Lading (B/L), Airway Bill (AWB), packing list, commercial invoice, and certificate of origin where applicable.
Our partner network arranges cargo collection from your warehouse or production facility. Cargo is inspected, weighed, and packed to international shipping standards. Fumigation, phytosanitary inspection, and sealing are coordinated if required.
Our licensed customs brokers file your export declaration and manage all port formalities. Cargo is delivered to the container freight station (CFS) or directly loaded into your FCL container, then accepted by the carrier for loading on board.
Your cargo travels on the agreed carrier. You receive live tracking updates at key milestones: vessel departure, port of transhipment (if applicable), and estimated arrival date. For reefer cargo, temperature logs are maintained and available on request.
Upon arrival, our destination agents handle import customs clearance, port demurrage management, and final delivery to your warehouse or consignee. You receive proof of delivery and all original documents digitally within 48 hours of handover.
We provide standard dry, refrigerated, flat-rack, and open-top containers to match your cargo specifications.
Ideal for dense, heavy cargo. The most widely used container in international trade, accepted at virtually every port worldwide.
Maximum volume for bulky, lightweight cargo. The 40ft High-Cube adds an extra 30 cm in interior height for larger consignments.
Offset Transit operates HACCP-certified cold chain logistics for perishable and temperature-sensitive cargo. We maintain the unbroken cold chain from farm gate to importer's warehouse.
Our refrigerated container fleet operates between -25°C and +25°C, covering deep-frozen, chilled, and controlled atmosphere requirements. Remote temperature monitoring is available on all reefer shipments.
