How We Work

Logistics & Delivery

A transparent, step-by-step look at how we move your cargo from origin to destination.

Your Shipment Journey

From the moment you request a quote to final delivery — here's exactly what happens.

Request a Quote

Submit your shipment details — cargo type, origin, destination, weight, and volume. Our team reviews your requirements and provides a detailed quotation within 24 hours, including routing options and transit time estimates.

Booking & Documentation

Once you approve the quote, we book your cargo with the selected carrier and prepare all required documentation — Bill of Lading (B/L), Airway Bill (AWB), packing list, commercial invoice, and certificate of origin where applicable.

Origin Pickup & Inspection

Our partner network arranges cargo collection from your warehouse or production facility. Cargo is inspected, weighed, and packed to international shipping standards. Fumigation, phytosanitary inspection, and sealing are coordinated if required.

Export Customs & Port Loading

Our licensed customs brokers file your export declaration and manage all port formalities. Cargo is delivered to the container freight station (CFS) or directly loaded into your FCL container, then accepted by the carrier for loading on board.

Ocean or Air Transit

Your cargo travels on the agreed carrier. You receive live tracking updates at key milestones: vessel departure, port of transhipment (if applicable), and estimated arrival date. For reefer cargo, temperature logs are maintained and available on request.

Import Clearance & Delivery

Upon arrival, our destination agents handle import customs clearance, port demurrage management, and final delivery to your warehouse or consignee. You receive proof of delivery and all original documents digitally within 48 hours of handover.
